A young boy presented with protruding upper teeth and a small lower jaw. The treatment supported the growth of the lower jaw with twin-block removable appliances followed by upper and lower fixed braces. The orthodontic treatment took 15 months. He has two missing lower permanent teeth and the lower primary(milk)teeth are being monitored and will be replaced with implants or bridges when patient is 18 years old.
