Patient presented with crowded upper and lower teeth, mis-matching centerlines, crossbites and small upper left and right lateral incisor teeth. The orthodontic treatment corrected the centerlines and the crossbite. The small upper lateral incisors were carefully positioned to the middle of the spaces so that ideal shape and size composite build-ups are done. This ensured ideal size and shape of teeth as well as achieving the most favourable gingival architecture and appearance of gingival papillae.
