Patient presented with set-back upper and lower jaws (bimaxillary retrognathia) and extensive tooth surface loss(tooth wear) on the upper and lower front and back teeth.The orthodontic treatment prepared patient for upper and lower jaw advancement surgery and genioplasty with bearing in mind composite restorations planned for the damaged upper and lower front and back teeth to restore the teeth to their original dimentions and proportions. Appropriate space was created was created between the upper and lower teeth and in between some of the teeth within the same arch with the fixed appliances in preparation for the composite work post-surgically.The orthognathic surgery was carried out with great accuracy by Mr Manolis Heliotis to provide facial balance and correct the bi-maxillary retrognathia. Aesthetically pleasing restorative treatment with additive composite resin on the upper and lower teeth was carried out by Mr Kostas Karagiannopoulos.
