Patient presented with missing upper first premolars and heavily restored dentition. The upper and lower front teeth were leaning backwards and the teeth had sustained significant wear. The upper right premolar space was nearly fully closed and the upper left first premolar was a bridge. Orthodontic treatment was carried out with incognito 3M lingual fixed appliances to prepare our patient for implants in the upper left and right first premolar region. The upper front teeth were advanced to improve the appearance of the teeth, provide more volume to the mid-face and the smile, and improve the bite. The worn-down upper front teeth were restored with composites at the end of the orthodontic treatment to restore the teeth to their original proportions.
