Patient presented with a deep bite and small upper left and right lateral incisors. The upper and lower front teeth were leaning backwards. The orthodontic treatment corrected the bite and the angles of the upper and lower front teeth. Space was made ideal with the orthodontic appliances around upper lateral incisors to enable these teeth to be build-up in width and height with composite to the ideal dimensions. The composite restorations were provided by Dr Ken Harper, 11, Wimpole Street, Lister House Restorative Clinic, W1G 9ST.
