Patient was concerned about the protruding appearance of her upper and lower teeth and wished for the upper and lower front teeth to be moved further backwards. Four second premolar teeth were removed with a view to creating the space needed to pull the front teeth backwards and creating space to relieve the crowding and align the teeth. The orthodontic treatment took 15 months with incognito lingual fixed appliances.
