Patient presented with an open bite at the front teeth. This caused problems with biting and chewing correctly and patient disliked the appearance. She was a university student and she had spent all her life unable to show her teeth when she smiled. The orthodontic treatment corrected the bite at the front teeth, aligned and levelled the teeth and she now shows her teeth when she smiles and speaks. Biting and eating is made much easier and our patient is now able to smile with confidence.
