Patient presented with severe crowding in the upper and lower teeth. The upper front teeth were leaning backwards and the bite was very deep at the front teeth which contributed to the wear on the upper front teeth. All the upper back and front teeth were forwards in relation to the lower teeth by one tooth-width. The treatment entailed upper and lower fixed appliances together with the loss of the upper second premolars with the view to improving the bite. The treatment duration was 14 months. There was wear on the upper left front teeth. The upper front teeth were aligned and levelled with taking their gum margins as reference with the view to the edges being restored with composite by the patient's dentist.
