Patient was concerned about the alignment of her teeth, the increased gum show and her bite. Orthodontic treatment was done to align the teeth, correct the bite, intrude the upper teeth to reduce gum show and improve facial profile, and expand the upper and lower arches to provide the most ideal smile possible.
