Patient presented with an open bite at the front teeth which caused chewing and eating difficulties. She had reduced display of her upper front teeth during smiling and speaking. The treatment entailed upper and lower fixed appliances for 1o months to align her teeth, improve her bite at the front and the back and improve the amount of display of her upper front teeth when smiling and speaking.
