Young girl presented with a deep bite, protruding upper teeth with marked spaces between them and a small lower jaw. Her lips were not covering the upper teeth. She was very concerned about her appearance and smile.

The treatment supported the growth of the lower jaw with twin-block removable appliances followed by upper and lower fixed braces. The orthodontic treatment took 14 months.The aesthetic pleasing result has boosted the patient’s confidence and self-esteem.
